Mobility Strategies
Transportation and mobility features complement the Energy and Water program standards for the Living Building Pilot Program.
- Close proximity to the Burke-Gilman Trail and dedicated bike lanes adjacent to Watershed street front.
- The building includes 120 secure bike racks for tenants with easy access from the street, shower and locker facilities, and a bike maintenance station.
- Carpool, Vanpool and HOV parking, ride-matching opportunities and transit pass subsidy to all employees who commute to Watershed by sustainable transit.
